Castor Oil Packs

Castor Oil packs have been used to help promote digestive and reproductive health. Castor oil is Antimicrobial, antibacterial and anti-fungal. It helps to increase your blood flow, helps to get rid of fibroids and ovarian cysts unblocks tubes and helps with endometriosis and aids in dissolving of uterine fibroids.

Castor Oil Pack Protocol:
Timing for fertility: Between the end of your menstrual cycle and before ovulation. So make sure your charting your cycle. Don’t do this on a full stomach or during Menustration.


Tools: castor Oil, flannel pillow case, hot water bottle (Harris Teeter), hot water and a big gallon ziplock bag.


Massage a generous amount of castor oil on your stomach warming the oil with your hands in a clock wise direction. Lay on your back and place the flannel pillowcase over your abdominal area covering the entire area up to your ribs and down to your pubic bone from Oblique to oblique. Place the hot water bottle on top and cover yourself with a blanket so your comfortable. Make sure the bottle isn’t so hot that it burns your skin or makes you uncomfortable through the pillowcase. Pick your favorite tunes and relax for 45 minutes.

This sequence is recommended to repeat at least three times a week. This is not an over night cure. It may take a few months of weekly treatments.
